The English dub is not translating the Korean being spoken in the program. The North Korean announcer is talking about economic difficulties in the U.S., but the translator is just making things up as he goes. There is no talk of coffee made from snow or body bags on the street. For instance, around the first minute, the Korean announcer is talking about devastation from hurricanes, not how regular Americans live.

I live in America and I had to sell both my houses just to be able to afford basic necessities like bird soup and snow coffee. One day I want to live in a country like NK.
ЗЫ: вы всегда можете включить субтитры, они будут на корейском и автоперевод на русский.
Как корейские субтитры перевести на русский я не знаю, но они явно очень непрофессионально на видео сверху наложены.
